ROBERT CASHION

Robert Cashion

Investment Banking, Restructuring and Advisory Services

Prior to joining Davidson Capital Advisors, Mr. Cashion spent over 20 years in the financial services industry. He manages the firm’s overall corporate finance and consulting practice where he oversees and executes investment banking, advisory and capital raising engagements.

 

Mr. Cashion worked with several financial institutions and consulting firms delivering investment banking, leveraged finance, consulting and restructuring services. He worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and its predecessor firms in the High-Grade Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and the Special Situations group.

 

Mr. Cashion has been involved in industry sectors including general industrial, distribution, business services, retail, technology, and healthcare. He holds B.A. Education, B.S. Accounting, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Additionally, Mr. Cashion is a Certified Public Accountant and holds FINRA series 7, 63 and 79 registrations.

ELIZABETH FOLGER

Elizabeth Folger

Institutional Client Coverage

Prior to joining Davidson Capital Advisors, Ms. Folger spent 16 years in the financial services industry in a variety of functions, most recently with Bank of America Merrill Lynch and its predecessor firms. She manages the sales and auction processes for the firm’s sell-side M&A and capital raising engagements. Her deep experience in both sales and trading has resulted in excellent execution for numerous client projects at Davidson Capital Advisors.

 

She worked in the Loan Syndication Sales Group, headquartered in Charlotte, with her primary responsibilities being sales and distribution of syndicated loans for middle market and large corporate credits. Additionally, Ms. Folger worked on the Corporate Bond Trading desk where she managed and traded risk positions of $50-$100 million of intermediate term bank and finance paper.

 

Ms. Folger has been involved in a variety of sectors including general industrial, distribution, business services, retail, technology, and healthcare. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hollins University.

Samuel Fernandez

Associate

Samuel Fernandez joined Davidson Capital Advisors in 2025 as an Associate. At DCA, he leads the analyst team and provides deal execution support for the investment banking team through the entire M&A process.

Prior to joining Davidson Capital Advisors in 2025, Mr. Fernandez worked at R.W. Baird & Co. as an Investment Banking Associate in their Global Industrial Group. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2021 with a BS in Finance.

Brody Reina

Analyst

Mr. Reina is an Investment Banking Analyst at Davidson Capital Advisors, where he supports M&A and capital markets transactions through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and preparation of client materials. He conducts industry and company research and assists in transaction execution, including due diligence and buyer outreach.

Prior to joining the firm, He worked in cost and operations analytics at Johnson & Johnson Vision, where he developed data tools and dashboards to improve cost visibility and operational decision-making. He also served as an underwriting assistant at HUB International.

He graduated magna cum laude from Davidson College with a B.A. in Economics and was a Division I Scholar-Athlete on the football team.

Trip Gaston

Analyst

Mr. Gaston is an Investment Banking Analyst at Davidson Capital Advisors, where he supports M&A and capital markets transactions through financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of client materials. He assists with industry research, comparable company analysis, and transaction execution.

Prior to joining the firm, he gained investment banking experience as a summer analyst at Fidus Partners, where he developed financial modeling skills and worked on transaction-related case studies. He also interned in wealth management at Morgan Stanley, supporting market analysis and client portfolio strategy.

He graduated cum laude from Lake Forest College with a B.A. in Finance. He was a four-year member of the men’s lacrosse team, earning All-Conference honors and serving in a leadership role.

Casey Pridgen

Analyst

Mr. Pridgen provides deal execution support for the investment banking team and assists in providing execution through the entire M&A process. Prior to joining Davidson Capital Advisors in 2025, Mr. Pridgen interned with Quacks.AI and Adam, Jenkins & Cheatham.

He graduated from University of Virginia in 2025 with a MS of Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce.

George Marable

Analyst

Mr. Marable provides deal execution support for the investment banking team and assists in providing execution through the entire M&A process. Prior to joining Davidson Capital Advisors in 2025, Mr. Marable was a summer associate for The Washington & Lee Fund.

Folger Cashion

Business Development and Marketing Analyst

Ms. Cashion plays a key role in leading Davidson Capital Advisors’ business development and marketing initiatives. She brings a strong foundation in strategic communication and brand positioning, helping the firm expand its outreach and client engagement efforts.

Before joining Davidson Capital Advisors in 2025, Ms. Cashion worked with the American Marketing Association, where she contributed to national marketing campaigns and member engagement strategies.

Ms. Cashion earned her Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations with honors from the Hussman School of Journalism and Media at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
