M&A transaction levels remain inline with historical levels. Transaction volume in the U.S. for 2023 YTD is 369 versus 356 (YTD Aug‐22) or up 3.7%. For the month of August, there were 112 transactions globally and 37 in the U.S.
Globally, EV/EBITDA valuations are up 20.3% for the same period last year.
EV/EBITDA valuations in the US are up 20.5% for the same period last year.
